The maker wanted to make their users be in control of their finances and help their employees with the tasks and prevent them from creating any errors, which are very vital in every company’s financial records.
MYOB accounting software offers wide range packages in order to ensure that they can provide the needs of their clients. Each feature being offered covers the financial and operational needs of the company. This is divided in to two types; Essential and AccountRight, and each have sub packages.
1. MYOB Essential Payroll for one:
This $35 monthly package includes quote, invoice, and statement management, bank feeds, manage customers and suppliers, track and pay expenses, pay track leave for 1 employee, real-time timesheets access for employees, manage item lists and PayDirect Online.

2. MYOB Essential Unlimited Payroll:
This package includes same as the above package but the difference is that it can pay employees and track leave for unlimited persons. This package is available for $ 45 per month.

3. MYOB AccountRight Plus:
This package includes everything that is available in the Essential Package but with AccountRight it allows the user to manage the business finances both offline and online. It does serve employee track for unlimited persons, it also allows managing items list, and local back-ups offline. This package is available for $ 85 per month.

4. MYOB AccountRight Premier:
It includes everything in the AccountRight plus package but with this package this also allows the user to work with multiple accounts.

• there are some templates that are hard to manipulate or alter
• support is not always responsive to the needs of the users
Overall, MYOB is best for those users who do not mind having more than user. However, if the company’s choice is having one user then it would be best if cloud based applications are used. Aside from that it is much more affordable.
