The Lite version which is at least $14.99 per agent per month has unlimited chats, has widget customization, can provide chat and transfer groups, and has 99.5% Uptime and SSL Security. The Pro version which is $24.99 per agent per month has chat conferencing features, has CRM Integration and API, has a Video Chat feature, Post Chat Survey, Reports, and History and has 99.5% Uptime and SSL Security. The Enterprise Package which is $39.90 per agent per month has queuing features, white label, unlimited domains, widget custom CSS, analytics and has a dedicated account manager.

 

Pros:

  •    Web-based VoIP that can give international access numbers for customers, Skype access, Google Talk access and an in-browser phone access
  •    Easy to use, has an intuitive interface with proactive chat
  •    Can support GTalk and Skype by adding a snippet code to your site
  •    Customizable, can change different codes and themes, add agent’s image, receive calls thru Skype and landline and can work with social media profiles
  •    Pre-defined trigger command messages
  •    Automatic language translation

Cons:

  •    Needs to improve on customer support.
  •    May mislead you to cancel anytime. You may have to follow up your cancellation for a refund.
  •    Does not have live analytics and tracking system for the free, Lite and Pro package. The software just provides the user’s basic information which is the user’s country and browser
  •    Needs a third party instant messenger like Pidgin, Trillian, Gtalk and Skype

 

Overall, ClickDesk is easy and an enjoyable feature since it is easy to use and has a lot of smart and useful features. However, the glitches and bugs that the software has a need to be improved. Customer support should also at least be excellent so that the user can fully enjoy the software’s features whenever they encounter flaws.
